I’ve got both the series x and ps5 now. Always been hardcore Xbox person, the ps4 was ok I got it for Spider-Man haha! But anyways this console crushes the series x. If my buddies didn’t play games on Xbox I wouldn’t have it anymore. I’m cancelling my pre order of Diablo on Xbox and getting it for play station. This one is the winner

The console is great and the controller offers a unique experience. Also the God Of War game is awesome! I recommend playing the first God Of War game to understand everything that’s going on in this one. I didn’t realize this until after I started playing GoW Ragnarok, and now I’m hastily trying to finish the first one so I can get back to playing Ragnarok.

I got this to play Final Fantasy Remake. We won’t talk about my feelings on the game since this is about the PS5 but just know that they aren’t good feelings. LOVED the console.

It definitely feel like a next gen console compared to the Ps4. For the most part it has a very different interface thats easy to understand. The game are great and lots of good quality exclusives.

The PS5 is upgraded in everyway from its predecessor. The controller is an acheivment developed by Sony. The memory expansion port is well a well thought of idea. So far, Sony had a great vision for their next system and they succeeded. Do I hear PS6 with 8K capability and upgraded internals. Stay Tuned! Nicely done Sony!

Yes it really is that great. Ultra-fast, great graphics, great controllers, everything you've read is correct. The downside - the darn built in hard drive - it is super tiny. Fortunately adding a second drive is not hard at all, and not terribly expensive. The WD made for PS5 drives are the way to go. Grab a good YouTube video on how to install (the hardest part is figuring out you have to turn the top to remove it - don't pull straight up). Ah the God of War game is fine. Figured it is the price of admission to buy this thing (there were no other options). I added a second controller, the Sony charging station (crazy reasonable price), and the media remote. Watching video discs is acceptable, not quite as intuitive on the PS4 (triangle for remaining time was too easy, now you have to press the "options" button). 4K video looks solid - although your television has probably gone into "gaming" mode, so movies won't look as cinematic. Honestly, my favorite part - when I press the Playstation button on a controller, the PS5 wakes up (from being powered off), turns on my television, selects the correct input, and turns on my sound bar. Time to actual choosing a game to play is around 30 seconds - very fast. About the same speed as waking up my Apple TV box.

Nice ps 5 work till now and has no problem on it . Overall good experience

This was a hit for all ages. My wife found some older games she used to play (ps4 game compatability). Sleek design and well put together OS. Only pet peeve is it takes for ever to copy the disk....and you still have to leave the disk in! Hard drive size seems to be lacking, if i had a bigger collection of games it would be too small
