I will just focus on the efforts that BestBuy put in effect to bypass the bots. I had searched the site daily for a year and finally one day i saw a limited stock, high demand notice instead of the normal sold out. And lo and behold, i clicked it, i was redirected to again sign in with my bestbuy account and after verifying stock, i was able to place the order and received in store 5 days later. SCORE! The consumer appreciated the efforts to allow us to be the ones purchasing from the store instead of the whole bot scalper deal. As for the PS5 itself, yea, its completely great. Load times, graphics, sound etc all blow the PS4 away and it will uptick your ps4 games as well. These things are pretty big, but they are also quiet. Get one if you are able to find it.

Love the PS5. My previous 5 stopped working and I had to send it into the shop because of an error and games constantly crashing. Bought this and it’s been great. Recommend getting an SSD so you can download more games, and also VERY IMPORTANT — the game code is INSIDE the box. So be sure to check thoroughly before discarding the box.

great console. playing D1 is much fun on this PS5. My mic works in ps5 vs my ps4. Price is not bad at the moment compare to my friends who spend over $1000 for a digital console. The ps 5 controller much stable than my ps4 when playing in Division. If the price is right for you, surely get if you deciding between PS4 or PS5

It's a great game but I still miss my PS4 it was awesome and I feel like I could do more with it in my opinion but it's still a great game and it works and I'm going to just keep plugging away would highly recommend buying one

Honestly best PlayStation ever Never had so much fun

I'm a big god of war fan, and having it come with a new ps5 was a deal too good to pass up. The game itself is a digital download which was easy to download and store. I think I got the latest version of the new console, so there's no issue with overheating.

Took me two years to get one at retail but it’s the best console I’ve ever owned. Good price. Great games. There is a reason it outsells Series X five to one.

Bought it as a bday present for my fiancé and he loved it! No issues, easy to store, & super entertaining!

Everything has been perfect, and I haven't had a single issue so far (I've had it for almost 5 months now). I will say that I do wish the controller's battery life was longer, but it makes sense that it doesn't last for a super long time since the tech in it is so detailed, and at least it charges with usb C

This is coming from an xbox fan the controller on the ps5 feels amasing not only that but it has some really impressive features that make you feel more immersed in the game. If you guys are looking for a fun game to play try out ghost of tushima really fun and good story!!!

Love it! My husband and I fight to see who gets to play first but I always win! Quality of it is incredible! So much fun. 100 out of 10. Best console out there!

First, I am a Total Tech member with Best Buy and I do not like buying electronics that have a short life span. I had a problem with the 1st purchase of this console, but Best Buy was very accommodating to find me another unit and it operates perfectly. Very pleased with the graphics and internet connection. Great buy!
