The BestBuy Salesman & Sony PS-5

It was priced nicely and competitively. It works great and the graphics are amazing. It’s a must buy! Most of all, a very nice young salesman helped my wife and I with the purchased. He explained everything clearly and in detail.

Love the console

I like how you can play games on 120 hz and for 500 its almost the price of the ps4 and has way better features. Overall would recommend and thankfully there is more in stock.

Team members went above and beyond to check for one, found the one I bought and before purchase they tested everything with me present. Amazing experience.

Design of the console does take some getting used to, and it is recommended to look up setup guides for the best layout and accessories

We’ve wanted to upgrade for a while, but the times made it a challenge to find and afford a PS5. Thanks Best Buy. Shocked to see the storage capacity is still deficient. The controller needs a heartier battery but you can use settings to reserve power. Just ordered another console for a gift.

I've been an xbox gaymer for ages and this definitely exceeded my expectations. Also, the cute guy who helped me get this console was amazing! We didn't have to line up for it since we were buying a laptop and he explained everything about the console that totally got me and my partner sold.

The user experience is by far the best I've come across. It's very esthetic and looks great in my living room. Glad I waited and got it when the time was right.
