Huge improvement from the PS4. Runs great really quiet and has a sharply detailed video output. Improved the user interaction and the reponsiveness of system. Yes a little too big but it is worth it for the bundle (digital game). I have mine upright.

An amazing console. My only criticism is that some DVDs and Blu-rays won't play on it. I don't know why but this is my experience.

PS5 is the absolute best!! Love this gaming system. It is always worth the buy.

LOVE IT!!!! Upgrade from a PS5. Love the esthetics and speed of the new hardware. The only thing I am not sure if I am truly seeing a difference is graphics but that might be due to the display I am using.

The graphics and gameplay out of the box is excellent. Glad they let the handcuffs off of the download speeds as opposed to the ps4 system. So much less lag and overall a very smooth game system. Also plays bluray and dvds so there’s that. Loving it so far

Amazing quality, runs beautifully not hard to set up at all! I’m a girl but I game a lot so trust me I know lol. Downloading time way faster than the older ones! I love the look of the ps5 is different! 10/10 all across the board.

I love my ps5 and I love Best Buy. I have been with them for many years, Great deals and electronics and very helpful. Ps5 came when expected and always knew when it was coming. Very good at letting you know.Iam very happy Thankyou

Great gaming system never had any issues. If you’re on the fence about purchasing one, just do it! The online gaming catalog is more than enough to get anyone started.

Way better console the. PS4 including the controller don't feel like kids toy like PS4 controller did and this thing is very fast on booting games. The included storage could be a lot bigger you will get few big games on it before you fill up the ssd

Bundle is great, definitely worth buying the game and console together in a bundle, saves money considering that it would have been like $50 more just to buy separately. Have had for a little over a month and works great.

I was able to get my PS5, hassle free. I placed the order the night before and got it the very next day. I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. I love it so much and I can’t wait till GTA 6 comes out!

I was so happy to finally get to purchase one. With Covid happening it was hard to be able to purchase one. My son is very happy and loves it, happy we were finally able to get him one.

PS5 is compatible with PS4 games. I love being able to play the older games when I want. Playing my own music while gaming is fantastic too!

One of the BEST gaming systems out there, the graphics are amazing, the quality is superb. Storage for DAYS.. Bought this PS5 as a gift for my daughter, Best Buy was the only store who had any available for purchase during the this holiday season .
