What a great console! Love the new controller, just wish it had better battery life. I have been playing 10 hours at a time and no problems with heat or noise from the fan/fans.

From the PlayStation 2 to this, each iteration just keeps getting better and better. The interface, performance, improved controller, improved thermals, it's just one hell of a system. I have only one complaint - You can't Bluetooth earbuds to it. No idea why but that was a really dumb choice lol

Ps5 is truly a next generation console. I have wanted it since it was made in but with the shortage for some time and scalpers buying and reselling for double i decided to wait until they Became available at retail stores. I found this in stock and after fighting with my struggling ps4 pro i decided to buy it... and it is amazing. I'm glad i upgraded from my ps4 pro. I would even pay double for it after using it for 5 minutes i can tell this machine was far superior than i had expected. If your thinking about buying it please don't wait you won't regret it. I compared this ps5 with the xbox series x and although on paper the xbox is slightly better spec wise but the ps5 has some better features and the loading times are blazing fast . Compared to Xbox the ps5 is only about 2 seconds slower in loading but honestly 2 seconds is nothing really. I choose the ps5 because it is very easy to transfer your account and game save data if your coming from a ps4 . Also the ps5 exclusive titles and the ps subscription service makes it a win- win. The controller is first of its kind with hapitc feedback, you do feel fully immersed in the games such as call of duty and gran turismo 7 etc etc If you don't know what haptic feed back is i suggest you look at videos about how it works. Its a great feature for the games. One downside is the internal storage is small.. you will fill it up with about 3 to 4 games .. however you can easily upgrade the storage with an internal SSD card or external SSD drive which you can find for as low as 60 dollars or a medium sized for about 100 dollars. Overall i definitely recommended buying a ps5.. you be glad you did.

Had about a 6-7 year hiatus from seriously gaming. Bought a PS5 on a bit of a whim primarily to enjoy some of the exclusives. I have not been disappointed. Every detail down to the UI is fantastic. PlayStation’s exclusive lineup is incredible, the controllers are awesome (though they could be leveraged more by games), and the PS5 has gotten me more hyped about gaming than any other console. The shape is a bit odd, and the console is pretty huge, but it looks nice enough once in place. Overall, a huge win for Sony.

After being somewhat dissatisfied with the direction that Microsoft has been going with Xbox I decided to try PlayStation this console generation. After owning it for over a couple months I can confidently say that this is one of the best consoles that I’ve ever owned. A wide game selection (PS4/PS5), little to no load times, and the coolest controller that I’ve ever used. You’ll definitely want to buy a compatible SSD down the line though, as modern games will fill the console storage fast.

The PS5 is a great gaming system. Being a PlayStation fan all my life and loved the controller and all the exclusive games on their systems, it was no doubt for me to get this system. The setup is pretty easily and didn’t take long to hook up the system and log in to the PlayStation network with my current account. The PS5 bundle with the God of War Ragnarok game is amazing since it’s the best game to play on this system showing off its graphics. If you are a gamer and have loved the PlayStation series, then this is a must have system.

Bought to play Sony exclusives very annoying but whatever wish Xbox had better exclusives. The controller is a lot more innovative than Xbox. More immersive so far having lots of fun had to buy extra memory storage but loving the console so far. We’ll see how it holds ups over time. Been gaming for many years and durability is a huge part of my overall opinion of any console. I do take care of my console by keeping them well ventilated and clean. Would you recommend to someone else thinking of buying.

I've been an Xbox player for many years, this was my first PlayStation I got around release, its great very powerful, it out preforms my $1300 PC for less than half the price and this package comes with one of the best games of the generation. its massive if that's an issue for you but I never really cared, I was just shocked to see how big it actually was.

Pretty solid PlayStation five. Graphics are crazy. & fast. Affordable in comparison to a build it yourself gamers PC. You can’t go wrong!!

It’s a good system. The performance is good. The storage is less than adequate. And the battery life on controller is less and adequate.

Pros: The design is gorgeous. The white finish gives it a sleek, modern look that fits perfectly with my setup. It’s the Digital Edition, so no disc drive, which I actually prefer since I’ve gone fully digital with my games anyway. It’s slimmer and cleaner, and I love that. It is insanely fast. Load times are practically nonexistent, and games run buttery smooth. Cons: I wish the internal storage was a bit bigger. With games getting larger, I’ll probably need to upgrade with an SSD soon. Also, the controller battery life could be better, but it’s not a dealbreaker.

If your on the fence about upgrading, then take the leap! My hope were high that this was gonna be way better than the ps4. And let me tell you its leaps above the ps4! Also with the backwards compatibility its a no brainer! If your gonna buy a ps5 spend the extra 100$. It pays for its self. You can play your ps4 games or buy older ps4 games and play them. Plus you can watch blurays. Oh and if you liked god of war.Your in for a treat because the second one looks 10 times better and is just as good as the first one
