Not my favorite item. Cheaply made very lightweight and we find ourselves not using it at all.

Definitely do not buy! It literally only worked for like the first week after that it just wouldn’t work!

The remote will stop functioning every 30 days requiring you to reset and repair the device. Issue is widespread.

Got this thinking I needed it but it does the same thing as my tv remote so it was a un needes item

The controller just stopped working properly one day. Changed out batteries and it still doesn’t work properly. Almost seems like it will randomly spam a single button I pressed. Sony just can’t figure the controllers/remote out this generation.

Get the protection plan. Last 3 have all broken. One got dangerously hot, other two just stopped working altogether.

This remote is trash. This remote unpairs every single time. I have to pair it every single time to get it to work.

Was unresponsive every time I tried to use it. Ended up returning it as I found the PS5 controller just worked better and faster. Unfortunate because my wife would have liked using this instead if it just worked right and responded to the buttons I were pressing.

Stop working pretty much within a month. I kept on disconnecting and wouldn't reconnect. Very cheaply made very very poor quality.

While the remote sort of works, I can honestly say dont waste your money on this. The microphone feature STILL doesn't work and it has been out for over a year. With Didney plus, the remote will input multiple times when you give a command. Thanks Sony for a very useless product.

This remote stopped working after about a year of light usage, absolute garbage.

Remote won't stay connected to ps5. Have to reset it often.

Stopped working after a week. Lost the receipt so could not take it back.

Bought it as a Christmas present and was supposed to be here before Christmas. They sent me a completely different item and didn’t have anymore in stock. I couldn’t get one until after Christmas which ruined my plans. Terrible Service!!!
