Ps5 media remote does what’s it’s supposed to other than that I just wish it had light for night time because you can’t see any of the buttons in the dark.

We love using the PS5 for Netflix. So convenient to have a normal remote instead of the ps5 controller. Sometimes it’s a little touchy tho and can get annoying when it turns the ps5 on randomly

The remote does the job and feels good im the hand. I could have passed on the dedicated streaming app buttons but I see where they likely provide value for others.

The remote is very easy to install and works great with the PS5. Its clearly marked and makes an essential addition to the PS5 bundle. I definitely recommend it!

A good controller to use whenever you are watching movies or shows. Saves energy from using the dual sense controller from discharging when leaving it on for some time.

Multi-Use Controller is est out there, we no longer need several different controllers.

This is a must have accessory for your PS5! I leave both of my controllers on the Dual sense charging station so if I plan on just using the PS5 for media

Its missing the voice feature (probably a future update) and I would've like it to have customizable buttons on the button but it is still a great add on for you PS5 if using it as your main media hub.

Well placed buttons on a remote with a great shape, easy to hang onto, white makes it easy to keep track of unlike the usual black remotes. A great PS5 accessory.

The back was kinda hard to get back on but good son loves it

Really helps with saving your battery life in your controllers. I use this more frequently than the controller for everyday functions now.

Don't use it very much but it is a good remote, haven't had any problems with it. helps by not having to use the console controller and it signal reaches pretty far

Built quality is cheap but If you used your ps5 for Netflix and chill then you definitely need one of these.

Must have if you like to use it as a media center. I wish it had illuminated keys though but other than that i like it. You could always just use a controller but if rather use a dedicated remote.

The PS5 media remote is a perfect convenience. I like how it also syncs to your TV giving you ultimate control for all your media needs.

[Employee of bestbuy] It's very convenient, but for a remote it stops working for some reason for a few weeks I to using it. I will check the battery if it the same way I'll have to go back and replace it.

Come in handy since harmony remote doesn’t support PS5 Bluetooth.

With the new PS5 , this is a must have. The PS5 has a great eco system building. And if your not playing games you can get into the streaming system.

PS button doesn’t turn on system most of the time, limited 4K menu functionality (sometimes have to use a regular controller to even go back on certain menu), no ability to chapter skip. Basically only good for pressing play and that’s assuming you don’t have connection issues.
