Media remote to replace using a controller

However, you can program your tv into the remote, but if you use a sound bar you cannot control the volume. The remote itself feels a little on the plastic side. Also the buttons are hard to navigate in the dark so you really need to learn their functions and locations or turn on a light to use them or you’ll be pressing wrong buttons on accident.

However, battery life is abysmal… controller lasted about 2-3 weeks before the connection became unstable and after about 4 weeks the batteries required replacement. I would only recommend the controller if you have a rechargeable set of AA batteries on hand.
