Buyer Beware - Controller is below sub par

However, after having if for no less than 1 month, the controller stopped pairing with the PS5. Not to mention getting to the back compartment housing for the batteries is a chore. Everytime the PS5 is turned on now this controller has to be re-paired for it to work, and occasionally at that! I had hoped this controller would replace having to use the standard PS5 controller to preserve its battery life but it's best to go back to what works better and what is more reliable for the system. I had read the nrgative reviews regarding this product but thought, "what the heck, maybe that's just isolated incidents and I'll fair better with it" NOT THE CASE! Either stick with the controller or wait until Sony or a 3rd party releases a much better and more reliable remote! The price is the only good thing about this controller because afterwards you will be glad that you didn't spend more on it, which isn't saying much!

To TV is great-now how about controlng receiver?

As of this writing, there's no clear way in the PS5 System Settings to have it mute or control a receiver...hopefully that will come with an update.

Pretty Janky for a First Party product.

Cons It unsyncs to the PS5. The directional buttons stick The batteries dont keep a connection. Of course these issues pop up right after the warranty expired. Not a fan

The controller, doesn't light up. So you have to search with a light until you learn the controller like the back of your hand
