Sometimes you have to disconnect the remote and reconnect it to the PS5 because it will become unresponsive.

Frustrating and laggy

It’s not very responsive and will either take awhile for it to register or it won’t at all. I give it 2 stars because I do like the bottom four buttons (one being a button for YouTube. ) if it didn’t have these issues, then yeah, I’d give it a better score, but due to these reoccurring problems, I’m not going to give it a much higher score. Maybe I got a bad remote, I’m not sure. However this has been my experience with it.

They Don't Last Long

So far no issues, works well with the PS5. Hopefully this one lasts longer.

I have purchased two of them for my ps5 since it came out. I have had the same problem with both remotes. It seems to disconnect from the Playstation at random. Other times I have to press the buttons repeatedly for it to "wake up" and actually work. One of the most frustrating remotes I've ever had to use.
