Looking forward to a more durble remote isnt the best for the price would of wait to the price dropped if i would of known but best buy deals when something is one sale is pluse

Got this for out PS5 so we didn't have to use the controller. Needless to say, since it is so small, we tend to lose it. But other then that it works great

Not that useful. I couldn't get it to pair with both my A/V receiver and TV (Yamaha and LG respectively). Never use because there's no point to this if I can't change the volume or turn on/off.

I bought one a few years ago when I got my PS5 and it worked great until recently. It wouldn't pair with my playstation no matter what I tried (changing batteries to the bigger size, turn on/off bluetooth) so i ended up getting a new one. Since the beginning of December i have gone through three. They work for the first few weeks but then there is bluetooth problems or the baterries are dead or it wont pair anymore even when you hold the PS button and setting button. Really hope they can fix this as it is a great accessory for the PS5.

This product keeps disconnecting from my playstation and my tv. Ive completely stopped using it.

Ordered the remote and for some reason it was canceled but I don't need it now since I returned the council but still no understanding why it was cancelled in the first place

Weird connection issues between controllers and this remote. It’s not super consistent when you pick it up to use it without a controller already connected.

This Worked For A While But After About 5-6 Months It Just Wouldn’t Reconnect. I’ve opened it up even brought a new one same issue.

The size may be small, but the features make it big. Lets you control your ps5 while your controller charges, so you can watch a video

Bought this because you can't watch movies or media apps without turning off your PS5 controller without stopping the show/ movie.

Decent for about 2 weeks, then half of the buttons stopped working. I switched batteries to brand new ones, but still only the power and volume buttons work

This isn't reliable and is a piece of junk. I can't believe Sony sells it. It also drained the batteries quickly for no apparent reason.

This remote is possibly the worst remote Sony has ever come out with for PlayStation's. My PS3 remote was amazing back in the day, but this remote is just all around bad. If and when it connects to the PS5 it works, but sometimes it takes a long time to connect or doesn't connect at all. I have tried new batteries, and also disconnecting and reconnecting the remote to my PS5. But in my opinion, this is not a good remote. Wait for a good aftermarket remote to come out. even the buttons are really flat and don't light up making it hard to use in the dark.

This works okay. The battery runs fast but it’s nice to have a convenient way to watch movies and streaming services

I used my ps5 as my entertainment system and I don't like to switch shows with a controlled when I have guests. I am at my second remote. these break really fast IDK if they were even meant to last long.

Doesnt make sense to need abother remote. Also i dont like tbat tou cant control anything else with it. I returned it because it’s unnecessary.

We use the PS5 for all our streaming and tv, so this is a great remote for out on the coffee table with everyday use.

Don’t buy a terrible item as well as trying to acquire it as well. Thanks Best Buy for a horrible experience yet again!!!

This remote is awful. Works great initially but once your batteries die and you switch them out for new ones. The remote will not connect to your ps5 and the only thing that will work is the tv controls of the remote. Avoid this! I have bought it twice and feel scammed
