Waste of money beware BB return policy

He did not want it and found no use for it. Best Buy short return policy even after the holidays I was unable to return an unopened unused device. Next year I will rethink Best Buy as my go to store and moving forward will not purchased gifts or items I am unsure how they will be received. Very disappointed in Best Buy and its return policy

Just stopped working

Changed out batteries and it still doesn’t work properly. Almost seems like it will randomly spam a single button I pressed. Sony just can’t figure the controllers/remote out this generation.

Ended up returning it as I found the PS5 controller just worked better and faster. Unfortunate because my wife would have liked using this instead if it just worked right and responded to the buttons I were pressing.
