Highly overrated
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.In my experience this is the worst of the first party accessories for the PS5... if you accept it for what it is, a basic streaming remote then it will probably work fine for you. However, if you ever want to watch a DVD / BluRay then there are some clear misses. First there is no chapter skip and Sony's pop up menu on the Playstation is still very clunky after all these years (this feature didn't get a PS5 upgrade). Second, good luck opening this up without a crowbar (or a butter knife), I thought for sure I was going to break it when I opened it the first time. Finally, my remote recently started powering on my PS5 when I simply move it... literally not touching any buttons, just picking it up and moving it. I ended up taking the batteries out and just not using it... I only wish I had returned it within the return window.

Garbage tech, out of batteries within days

Best Buy doesn't replace defective items
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Some of the buttons stopped working in less than 2 months and Best Buy apparently doesn't stand behind anything they sell after 14 days. They told me I had to go through Sony who just gave me the run around.
