We have a very nice picture on our tv but it has old software for the smart part. It makes getting to the built in apps super slow, so we use the Playstation as our smart hub. This remote is so much better to work with and its pretty sturdy. We have dropped it a bunch and its still working fine, no broken parts!

Some of the buttons dont stick out. So it can be difficult to use without looking at it. Additionally the placing of the PS button is an odd choice to say the least. Its at the very bottom of the remote and it the button you are absolutely going to use the most. That would be like putting the power button on a regular remote at the bottom. Makes zero sense. Bottom line, looks and feels nice, but a pretty poor design choice. I would honestly wait until there is a 3rd party option.
