||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well we already have an account hit my son wants to play against me so he bought a PS4, I got him an account because the peplums account we have can only have one PS4 so we couldn't get our data to the new one unless we made it the primary device meaning my device lost the ability to get data. So 2 stars for that reason.

Horrible customer service

Beware that Ps4 has you opt out of auto renewal rather than opt in. They deducted the amount from my sons acct. My son went online and chatted with someone to complain and told them he received a gift card and does not want the auto renewal. After an extensive conversation with the ps4 person he was told to scratch the code off the gift card. After doing so was still told it was their policy to not refund and now we can not return the card with the code scratched off. He then spoke on phone with someone the next day and that person said there was no reason he could think of as to why the other associate asked him to scratch off the code and would still not refund his acct. Beware to read the long terms and conditions and opt out of auto renewal!
