I had cancelled order, and was told that this item slipped through. They simply told me to return to any Best Buy location for full refund. After going to the store and talking to the manager, he proceeds to tell me that I was given wrong information, and this item was not returnable. They were not rude at the store, and what I did, which I notified the manager of what I was going to do, he simply allowed and I came out money ahead. That is a different story though.

I purchase yearly, needed if you plan on doing any online gameplay. Offers and a selection of free games for download every month.

I like the fact if you have a PS3 there is no online charge but if you have a PS4 there is a monthly charge.

Without this membership my kids and husband wouldn't be able to play certain games. I wish they went back to not having to buy these memberships.

If I could give this 0 stars I would, not sure if it's the product itself or just the service I received around this product. Purchased it for a gift, found out it was never activated and I could get no help in getting the issue resolved. I would not waste money on this, I would buy directly from Playstation. I would NOT recommend buying this at Best Buy.

I hate that I have to pay extra to play with friend online after I already bought the game

I ordered this for my son for Christmas. He has tried to activate it and it says the code will not work. We have been back and forth with both best buy and playstation and they both keep sending us to the other party. This is ridiculous. $60 down the drain and nobody will help me.

Someone gave me a best buy gift card and I tried to buy some Ps plus with it. It turns out they don't allow that.

I buy this membership every year. I still think the price is too high.

Got this Black Friday when it was supposed to be $39.99, I paid full price but didn’t realize it til later.

I hate having to pay to play online. I miss the old days of being able to play Playstation online games for free.

Bought 2 of the cards as Christmas gifts. When they went to use them they were not activated prior to being sent to me. I was fortunate that 2 different stores were able to issue the kids valid activated cards that did work. I will only get these in person from now on.

My boyfriends gets it every year to be able to play his game. I wish we didn’t have to get it every year though!

I think its wrong these companies want to charge you to play online when the cost of games are expensive.

I don't like that you have to pay to play online. Not many games are free with this.

If it weren’t necessary for some games, I wouldn’t get this. The “extras” aren’t things I wanted anyway.

A must have for online gaming. You get good deals in the store and free game downloads each month too Been a plus member for a long time.
