My son has kept this product in a dust cover when not in use so when he said it wasn’t working, I knew it had to be an internal problem. Called y and went through process to be told that the product, that looked brand new, had damage that voided the warranty. No way! But I paid the $106 because my son loves it (by the way they charge you double and then return half when they are finished). Nobody at Sony could ever tell me what the damage was. Such a joke!

The tracking on the controller gets of so easily and we need to re-ajuste

I used this headset for less then 10 minutes, when I took it off to trade out games my vision was blurry, it can not be good for your vision and I stopped using it. could not get a refund due to it having software included.

Not impressed at all. Returned the game because not that many games and the games that are available aren't that good. Will get the oculus instead.

Ps4 vr graphics not all great headsets very touchy and not wireless

I bought this as the “Black Friday” special simply because the price for what you get is unbelievable. I am a father of three. My kids ages are 16,11, and 8. Clearly these are ages that have many different tastes and rarely agree to do anything together. I myself am an old school “gamer”. Grew up on pong and other “ancient” titles, but have owned many different consoles throughout my life. Anyway, on to the real reason for this rant. Look, just buy it!!! The amount of fun for the kids and adults is endless. It’s all packed in the medium sized box this bundle comes in. Setup was a wired mess, but very easy to configure. It’s basically like PS says, all you do is plug and play. Creed is a lot of fun as are the other games that come with the bundle. The only, and I mean only, downside would be that the motion controllers do no come with a charging dock. That’s the only negative thing I can say, but for $249, you get your money’s worth and then some. If you are still not sure, just buy it already. Add it to your cart and checkout quickly. This will be gone very soon then you will be scrambling for a cool gift too close to Christmas. This will force you to hunt this down, find it on eBay for triple of what you could have paid now.

I want to comment on Sony's 1 year warranty that covers the PSVR. I bought the PSVR in a bundle about a year ago (late 2017). I wear eye glasses and over time by holding the headset too close to my face my glasses scratched the headset's glass viewers. I called the warranty number and immediately spoke to a human. I assumed they'd say the damage was my fault, but they acted happy to fix or replace it, barely asking a question. They sent me a box to pack it in and a free return label. I sent it back and the next thing I knew I received a replacement (probably refurbished) unit as good as new. The whole process took 3 weeks and didn't cost me anything. Bottom line: Sony really stands behind the PSVR and the warranty service process was quick and easy as could be. I thought I'd pass this along because this is still new technology and it's good to know if you have any problems, they'll take care of it right away with almost no questions asked. I was very impressed.

PS VR great only had it a day and i can see all the possible with games coming

This is a absolutely amazing product. It’s crazy how immersive it it is I have the original ps4 and it still runs fine. I also bought PlayStation vr worlds which I would definitely recommend just for the London heist. Super hot with the move controllers really takes it to the next level just a must if you can pay the price for everything.

I was super excited to use this and although the demo game allows you to use your standard controller, most VR games require the wireless wand controllers. Unfortunately, there is nothing to charge them with and you have to buy the charging station separately. They do not take batteries.

Awesome VR system, this bundle made me finally get a PS VR system. Cool games and realistic.

Very nice...even tho the part of foam where yout head goes with some time crumbles
