Psvr2 came in great SHAPE. However, the bundle shipped with a scratched off code the previous owner decided to steal and lie about being valid. Best Buy has no procedure for partial refunds or replacement codes. The customer service (both chat and phone) will stick you in an AI deathloop because they have no power to help you. One of the two products that make it a bundle is missing, and their solution was to try and force me into a full return of the expensive hardware in the hopes they get it right next time--not very likely given the other reviews. They then told me I could contact a physical location or take it to one. Well, you can't contact a Best Buy store because all of their location numbers now route to an AI which loops you back to the dead end call center. After finally reaching them through Geek Squad I was told I could come in and maybe a manger could do something for me, but they couldn't check. I live over an hour away from Best Buy. Why else would I have ordered online? Anyway, they were going to keep my money until I left a lengthy review on the app store about them stealing my money. I was then directed by their app team to contact the social media team, and was finally given a paltry refund of $30 rather than the $60 value of the game. I guess it's better than nothing. I conclusion, I won't ever buy anything Open Box from Best Buy again. If something ever goes wrong with the hardware, and I need to use my warranty, I highly suspect I'll be left to twist in the wind by a company who was ready to pocket my money after failing to provide me with the digital item I paid for. CONTACT THE SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM OR LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON THE APP STORE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING TO BE DONE ABOUT REFUNDING DEFECTIVE CODES.

Setup is easy. I am really enjoying the VR games.wish there was more but call of the mountain is a good entry, though short, that uses the system well, i hope the next horizon game offers vr along with normal play similar to no man sky which is my favorite so far due to its open world design.

Absolutely great! Graphics are amazingly up to date and download speed does not take forever. Definitely recommended to friends and family!

This headset is amazing all around. It was very easy to connect. Basically plug and play. The eye tracking does a great job. You can basically just select things by moving you eyes and looking at them. I highly recommend this

From the first PS VR to PS Vr 2, is pretty awesome. It takes some getting used to, but once you find the sweet spot… It is quite the experience.

Bought this product for my grandkids all they love it but I'm having problems with the system it doesn't want to connect and the lenses got blurry trying to clean them looks like it's on the inside bummer luckily I bought a guarantee we'll see if they honor it

The headset is great! Family has lots of fun with it. Pickup from the store was quick and it was ready for pickup quickly as well

So far works really well. It does get hot and takes time to get used to. If you have never used vr befor there will be motion sickness

Ok but NOT backwards compatible with PS VR Gen 1. This was a huge downside for me thus why I returned it. There are some great PS VR games but with out backwards compatibility. I see no reason to keep it.

Good product, to play you need the play 5, the image quality is good, the controls last the charge

One of the best vr headsets i owned. It runs games beautifully. A must buy if you have a ps5 and are curious in vr. Especialy with a deal.
