I would rate higher but the first one I purchased stopped working 1 day later. But have not had any issues with the second one. I am a first timer in the world of VR, so I have no comparison point. All I can say is that this has been awesome to play! You feel every turn and bump and every jump scare in games has been great. Can’t help but say wow the first time you dive in!

Exelet experience, immersive game play, The price reflects the quality of the material, and the graphics are very realistic.

This is mind blowing. I started gaming on the original NES and VR is so under rated. I got the pc adapter and have been loving half life alyx ! The lenses are not clear unless you go through the setup and then they fog up in like 20min.I don’t think this is the best VR on the market but good enough for a beginner.it says 4k oled on the lenses but I am not impressed. It looks more like 1080. I guess it depends on the game or I just have bad lenses. The inside box was opened but I was to excited to care at the time.Hope it wasn’t a return :) that would be gross.

It seems they’ve solved most original issues when using this headset for PC. With the new price drop I would highly recommend.

The headset is easy to use and adjust it to my liking and the sense controllers are great and much better to use than the Move Motion controllers of the PSVR headset. Also, the game is outstanding & very immersive. It's very interactive with having to do things in the game like taking out a bow & getting an arrow to shoot at the dinosaurs which are robots. I recommend this bundle A LOT!

Psvr2 came in great SHAPE. However, the bundle shipped with a scratched off code the previous owner decided to steal and lie about being valid. Best Buy has no procedure for partial refunds or replacement codes. The customer service (both chat and phone) will stick you in an AI deathloop because they have no power to help you. One of the two products that make it a bundle is missing, and their solution was to try and force me into a full return of the expensive hardware in the hopes they get it right next time--not very likely given the other reviews. They then told me I could contact a physical location or take it to one. Well, you can't contact a Best Buy store because all of their location numbers now route to an AI which loops you back to the dead end call center. After finally reaching them through Geek Squad I was told I could come in and maybe a manger could do something for me, but they couldn't check. I live over an hour away from Best Buy. Why else would I have ordered online? Anyway, they were going to keep my money until I left a lengthy review on the app store about them stealing my money. I was then directed by their app team to contact the social media team, and was finally given a paltry refund of $30 rather than the $60 value of the game. I guess it's better than nothing. I conclusion, I won't ever buy anything Open Box from Best Buy again. If something ever goes wrong with the hardware, and I need to use my warranty, I highly suspect I'll be left to twist in the wind by a company who was ready to pocket my money after failing to provide me with the digital item I paid for. CONTACT THE SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM OR LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON THE APP STORE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING TO BE DONE ABOUT REFUNDING DEFECTIVE CODES.

Excellent technology, a great accessory for PS5. Misses out on some of the best existing VR games and it’s unlikely they’ll come so only four stars. This headset deserves a few more killer apps and we’ll see what the future brings. The included game makes full use of its capabilities and you will be amazed.

We love the VR2…Graphics are amazing. You really feel like you are inside the game. And the workouts are fantastic!! Great Christmas gift for the gamer in your family

Love the technology & the game. I had to order it because the store did not have any on-hand. It was shipped directly to my home & arrived quickly.

I cannot lie. It made me a little nauseous, but I have somewhat gotten used to the effect at this point. It was totally worth the black Friday purchase at that price point of $350

Have not used much yet but a very cool piece of hardware. Price point puts it on par with similar systems for PC, but still quite expensive when considering the cost of the base PS5 system with it. It would be nice to see if the original PSVR library could be made compatible with this version.

Huge upgrade over psvr1 and one of the best on the market in terms of simplicity and graphics (i also own a quest 3). Giving 4 stars because at the moment it lacks games
