The system is sweet if it works bought one and returned it because the right trigger says its always being pushed no matter how many times i reset it. The second one i got had the same issue and now i cant even get it to ever seem to work and will have to return another system

I’m giving a 3 star review mainly because I returned it unopened.

It is okay, but I don't think PS5 have enough cool games for VR.

Didnt come with the Horizon game keycode and it has been incredibly difficult trying to find someome competent enough to resolve the issue!

Purchased on sale as a birthday present for my son. The product may have been a return, as the items were in bags with twist ties on them. Both controllers needed to be charged, then continually disconnected and needed to be reset. 1 hour to download game and once it launched, ps overheated. Wasted hours of time and was a disappointing birthday surprise.

left vr controller has issues working in most games. apparently it’s a known issue and is very difficult to get games to work at all using just one working controller

Unable to play any games. We cannot get pass the safety notification, unable to hit continue as if the sensor is malfunctioning.

Excellent product, but I am not satisfied with the store. If you expected a false review where I say that everything with you is perfect, for your lie contest where no one wins, I'm sorry for you.

Not being able to be compatible with VR1 games makes it feel not worth the price, not enough family or group games compared to previous version.

Very few games without violence. Also was told no new games were being developed for this system.

Doesn't connect to smb or pc, so it's limited to the Sony catalog. Quest offers out of box connectivity and easy compatibility to other devices.

Came with right joy stick not working. Have not had the ability to use it

I purchased this due to the recent sale, and was looking forqard to recieving it. However, the PSVR2 I recieved is already open and clearly used. There is dust and various detritus in the box, and one of the lenses of the headset is dirty. I did not purchase an open box product, nor did I recieve a further discount due to the product having been used. The sale also ends today, and it isn’t in stock nearby, so I don’t really have too many options available to actually get a new product like I paid for. The code for the game is unused at least. Be wary if purchasing this from Best Buy. I’d only buy in person or from Playstation directly.

The experience may be good, but there are not enough games. I don't think it's worth $650 for one or two games

Such a let down. Truly could be more but with the horrible game selection this was a waste of money in my opinion.

Sucked made everyone puke that tried it. If i wanted to barf id save 500 bucks and just go drinkin.

It might be me but 20 minutes with this thing resulted in 2 hours of nausea.

Boring. Not many good quality games. My 12 yr old has only used it 2 times since Christmas.
