To many wires not fun . Rather stuck with oculus. Bummer

The one i purchased appeard to have a damaged controller or a non active one. I had to return. But the overall feel was comfortable.

It hurt my face and i didnt play it much at all. I couldnt even play my psvr 1 games. I need the older head set

Great system, not enough games, Cinematic mode is a let down

The controllers on this are awful. Between having issues getting them to connect to the PS5 during set up and staying connected to the PS5 for more than 30 minutes while playing games, it is not worth the headache. Will be returning and not getting another.

I was to supposed to pick up a VR set on 0101/2025, the system keeps telling me there's a delay....

I would give 0 stars if possible. The game code had already been scratched off and assigned to another account. Contacted BB their resolution was for me drive a hour to their store, return with a restock fee and order a new one which would take a while to deliver to the store, then drive home. Also, when they shipped this product to me, they didn't bother to put it in a shipping box so it was very banged up. Now I am having to deal with Playstation who says it's a BB issue and BB saying it's a game issue. Never again will I order from them.

This gaming system was a letdown. It's clunky and far from user-friendly. The developers could definitely take some notes from Oculus. Honestly, save your money—this device is more of a headache than it's worth.

Do not buy anything refurbished or unopened from Best Buy, they will not stand behind their products.

Best buy and carrier slapped a shipping sticker on the actual box and delivered to apartment complex. My husband saw his gift before i ever got to hide or wrap it. The delivery carrier threw the box around and it was dented on every corner. Great christmas gift ruined. They offered nothing except an even exchange. The manager at the store looked at me as if i was the problem. I was lucky it did not get stolen. Very disappointed in best buy. How ridiculous.

Dont buy an open box from bestbuy they never check it right. This is the third item I have gotten that was an open box sale. It says nothing wrong with everything there. This had the game code scratch and used already.

But the game was already redeemed by previous user and bestbuy is selling this as all accessories included, tired contacting support but they cant help. Why sell this as bundle if you dont have the replacement game included?

The system broke within 35 days... 1 day after the return. Also it had no game. Just be careful and buy a new one.

Bought the bundle open box. Ad stated that everything was included, but no game code was in the box. Only option Best Buy gave was for a refund. This is false advertisement and only tied my money and time up.

Im a first time ps vr user and right out of the box without touching anything else i tried on vr headset and its heavy. I set it on my head and made proper adjustments and its uncomfortable, head strap is uncomfortable. The vr set sits on my face uncomfortably as hard plastic sits on bridge of my nose and against my face. I can only imagine having on my face for a short time before i have to resituate it on my face. It cost to much for that uncomfort.

Major glitching with unit. Did trouble shooting with Sony, which recommended me to exchange. After exchange, unit did same glitching. Reddit users explained same issue with this.

Love the product if it worked! Controllers don’t work!

Arrived from return center in Kentucky opened and heavily used. Wasn't even sent from a store . BEST BUY is sending used returns out for XMAS

I ordered this item 1 Dec, but have yet to receive or receive an expected delivery date. its February.....
