Very few games without violence. Also was told no new games were being developed for this system.

No apps and hardly any games. Very disappointed in the final product

It was an out of box purchase. Whomever had it 1st, swiped the game code.

I finally took the plunge and bought one of these during the Best Buy black Friday sales. Couldnt pass up for $350. Set up for tjis is not difficult but takes a lot of time to find that perfect sweet spot so the picture is not grainy and blurry. I returned after a couple of say becuase the picture quality is terrible. If ypu're okay with low quality graphics and buy it for what it is, then go for it otherwise I would stay away from this and wait for next gen VR as this is a complete cash grab from Sony.

It might be me but 20 minutes with this thing resulted in 2 hours of nausea.

Haven’t been able to use it. Bought open box excellent conditions but game wasn’t in there no code or nothing called customer service after 8 people I had to repeat my situation they finally told me I was going to get gift card for 59.99 in the mail couldn’t be issued via email even though product was purchased online crazy worst customer service I haven’t received no email about how they are going to resolve that’s what I was told and nothing in the mail as well it’s a little early for the mail because it’s Been 6 days and they told me 7 to 10 days but the fact the the man over the phone couldn’t send me an email stating what he was saying is bizarre to me when that’s how they identify you name , email, telephone crazy what a disappointment Best Buy

console won’t connect no matter what i tried unplugging my ps5 and restarting it and nothing happens

Within one hour of opening this one of the buttons on the control stopped working. Once we got it reset a button stopped working on the other controller. For a purchase of this price this is completely disappointing .

This is a disappointment for Sony. Purchase this product as a Christmas gift and the product has so many defects after setting up the Play area. The Primary issue with this product is the in game play controls does not work. I had to reset the controllers every time I start the game. This process had to be repeated with 5 other PSVR 2 games. Rushed product with no support from Sony since launched. Terrible product from SONY.

I hope it can be improve the visual lens and adjustment

Great system, not enough games, Cinematic mode is a let down

Bought open box excellent and received heavily used that used for trying out (probably worn by 1,000+ people), no manual, no game, and for 350?? Don’t trust open boxes.

It hurt my face and i didnt play it much at all. I couldnt even play my psvr 1 games. I need the older head set

To many wires not fun . Rather stuck with oculus. Bummer

The controllers on this are awful. Between having issues getting them to connect to the PS5 during set up and staying connected to the PS5 for more than 30 minutes while playing games, it is not worth the headache. Will be returning and not getting another.

It broke, the cushion coming apart not even a year and its coming apart SONY does not help at all. Geek squad either not worth it.

I was to supposed to pick up a VR set on 0101/2025, the system keeps telling me there's a delay....

I would give 0 stars if possible. The game code had already been scratched off and assigned to another account. Contacted BB their resolution was for me drive a hour to their store, return with a restock fee and order a new one which would take a while to deliver to the store, then drive home. Also, when they shipped this product to me, they didn't bother to put it in a shipping box so it was very banged up. Now I am having to deal with Playstation who says it's a BB issue and BB saying it's a game issue. Never again will I order from them.

Incredible VR experience on PS5 The PlayStation VR2 completely exceeded my expectations. The haptic feedback in the headset and controllers adds a whole new level of realism that you really have to experience to appreciate. Setup was simple, and it works perfectly with the PS5. Games run smoothly, and the sense of presence is amazing — it honestly feels like you’re inside the game. Comfort is also great, even during longer play sessions. If you own a PS5 and are interested in VR, this is absolutely worth it. One of the best gaming experiences I’ve had

This gaming system was a letdown. It's clunky and far from user-friendly. The developers could definitely take some notes from Oculus. Honestly, save your money—this device is more of a headache than it's worth.
