Poor service. Done with Best Buy

Very poor customer service and support. Not giving a penny to this crap company anymore. Lot of other retailers out there these days. Sooner or later they Best Buy is going out of business and down the drain.

I called Bestbuy and they said even though I paid extra for the game they couldn’t refund me for the game that wasn’t in it.

Once we got it reset a button stopped working on the other controller. For a purchase of this price this is completely disappointing .
