    Ordered refurbished and the game code was already used. Called for a resolution but no resolution was offered. Should've purchased a new one for fewer issues. Especially one so menial.

    The controllers don’t stay connected, so I went back to my local Best Buy to exchange for a working unit. I’ve been waiting for over 10 days fo my replacement. I’m currently out a pS5 vr and my $300 as I wait… ;(

    I love it. My only let down is the lack of first party support. There are great third party games like Pistol Whip and The Light Brigade which have been incredibly fun

    I wanted to like this so badly. I own a Meta Quest 3 and wanted another VR headset. But I cannot recommend. The right controller trigger didn't work. Went through the troubleshooting steps with Sony.. No fix. Apparently they are aware of the issue.
