Fully charged both controllers upon opening the box. Left controller last only about 20 minutes before it dies. Right one lasts several hours. The headset has to be tightened so much it hurts, badly. If it’s any more lose, it becomes so blurry you can’t see at all. If the price point wasn’t so high I could overlook these issues but this is unacceptable. I can’t even return it because I redeemed the horizon code :(

My son loves his system I’m happy he’s happy. I think overall it is excellent

System was great but waiting in a dark pickup lot for over an hour after pickup time was upsetting, and after the fact they tell me I can get it if I go in the store., my wife and diabetic cat were not happy

Its very clear looking into the headset. But after wearing it for 20 mins it becomes heavy and puts a ton of pressure over your nose. Makes you feel like you have sinuses. Definitely need to make a aftermarket strap to take some pressure off.

I see absolutely no difference. I love the concept of VR, but this is the exact same thing as the first PSVR. I have to pay for games i alreqdy own to play then on my PS5? Insane. Set up is simple. One usb csble ro charge teo controllers for 600. Getting returned tomorrow. Where’s the games! No demos. In order to experience it i have ro buy a game. Not happening.

Very difficult to use, I read a lot of articles to use it. In the end, I have stopped to use it.

I purchaes this item, when i went to setup the game code its saying that it cannot be redeemed. Anyone else having thos peoblem?

Only ordered from Bestbuy because it had free shipping. Decided to upgrade to same day which costs $10. Then they waited till 8pm to tell me it wasn’t available and now no sales reps available to cancel. They will refun my money. Who cares? I’ll return and buy from GameStop. I suggest not buying from bestbuy if you expect same day delivery. I could have had it same day from GameStop.

Do not wear if you have glasses. You will scrach your lenses and the Vr lenses. Theres no padding around the headset and its very uncomfortable if you have glasses. Very disappointing sony.
