I give the product through best buy a five star. The playstation end of it would be two to three stars. Works great, easy to set up. Lack of playstation support is an issue though. Not much support for an expensive addition. I hate to say it, but you would probably be happier with a different VR system, that actually has games

Graphics are better than what i expected. Would recommend the warranty cuz will replace it if anything happens. Got it after the price dropped to which is nice

The games look amazing with the PS5 and the upgraded frames. Its like I am actually in the games.

VR changed the way I play video games now. GT7 is absolutely amazing, and Horizon Call of Mountain looks great too. I highly recommend VR to anyone who loves video games period.

Awesome unit and great price at Best Buy. Pretty much matches amazon price, but with better customer service. Perfect present for my son. Chose this over the Quest 3 because of Gran Turismo 7.

Playstation VR 2 puts the gaming experience into the next level. It looks like you have a device that transports you into anothere world.

Insanely realistic! This was a birthday gift for my husband and he was thrilled. Lots of fun playing but it dies take some getting used to.

Psvr2 came in great SHAPE. However, the bundle shipped with a scratched off code the previous owner decided to steal and lie about being valid. Best Buy has no procedure for partial refunds or replacement codes. The customer service (both chat and phone) will stick you in an AI deathloop because they have no power to help you. One of the two products that make it a bundle is missing, and their solution was to try and force me into a full return of the expensive hardware in the hopes they get it right next time--not very likely given the other reviews. They then told me I could contact a physical location or take it to one. Well, you can't contact a Best Buy store because all of their location numbers now route to an AI which loops you back to the dead end call center. After finally reaching them through Geek Squad I was told I could come in and maybe a manger could do something for me, but they couldn't check. I live over an hour away from Best Buy. Why else would I have ordered online? Anyway, they were going to keep my money until I left a lengthy review on the app store about them stealing my money. I was then directed by their app team to contact the social media team, and was finally given a paltry refund of $30 rather than the $60 value of the game. I guess it's better than nothing. I conclusion, I won't ever buy anything Open Box from Best Buy again. If something ever goes wrong with the hardware, and I need to use my warranty, I highly suspect I'll be left to twist in the wind by a company who was ready to pocket my money after failing to provide me with the digital item I paid for. CONTACT THE SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM OR LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW ON THE APP STORE IF YOU WANT ANYTHING TO BE DONE ABOUT REFUNDING DEFECTIVE CODES.

Amazing experience! Leaps and bounds above PS4 VR. Better games available with the PS5 just incredible. If you already own a PS5 this VR is a no brainer.

Price was very good for it on a deal, fast shipping nothing was wrong with the product.

Such an improvement over the PSVR, hopeful there will be more support in years to come. Such an immersive experience.

This system is so awesome, that i play just to relax. Its a wayvto just get away from reality for awhile.. i recommend this. Also that you can play the ps4 vr games on it also. Fun fun fun.

Ive always wanted to play VR but held back because I didn't want to spend like $500 for it. Deals dropped it below $400 and so i got it. Played it as soon as it arrived. Liked it immediately.

This was a big upgrade from my occulus the graphics are mind blowing. You got to try horizon. You won't be disappointed
