One of the best purchases I have made

It truly is a different level of gaming that puts you into the game. The horizon game that is included is a lot of climbing. If you have a fear of heights I would not recommend the game because it is quite an intense experience but once you get your "vr legs" it is a great game as an introduction to VR.

No camera needed however you’re still wired to the PS5. Lack of games and backward compatibility are the biggest issues right now.

Does best buy's customer service suck?

After about 1.5 hours with MANY online chats best buy only spouted policy on why they wouldn't give me the credit for the $20.00 difference.
