Realistic fun needs more apps to play on comfortable

If you never experienced vr before this might be the single greatest thing to ever try it on. As soon as you get adjusted and play a game its like a surreal feeling like were in the future!i love mine

I recently purchased a PSVR set from Best Buy, but unfortunately, the left controller was faulty right out of the box. I contacted Best Buy support, and they assured me that I could bring in just the faulty controller for an exchange. Trusting their advice, I headed to the store with both controllers in hand. Upon arrival, the in-store staff refused to exchange the controller because I didn’t bring the entire set. Despite the fact that each controller has identifiable numbers that could be easily matched to my order, they insisted I return home to fetch the entire set. Frustrated but compliant, I made the trip back to my house, gathered the full PSVR set, and returned to the store. To my dismay, once I returned with the complete set, I was then informed that because my order was placed online, I was not eligible for an in-store replacement and needed to return the entire set. This experience was highly frustrating and inconvenient. Best Buy’s contradictory instructions and refusal to facilitate a simple exchange, despite having all necessary information, were extremely disappointing. Now, I have to order a new one from a different store before the PSVR2 deals run out.

The main problem here is the price point. Its too expansive for the small library it has. Other than that, its great.

This headset is so much better than the original PSVR. It feels a little awkward on your head and is hard to keep in exactly the right spot, so i took off a star, but the experience ittself is great!

It’s definitely a upgrade from psvr hope some more psvr1 games get updated for the new controllers like how it feels when wearing it not real heavy the controllers are my favorite upgrade

This system is an upgrade from the psvr1. I would recommend it but i am also waiting for new games to come out for the system. Its good and will get better in the future.

New psvr 2 arrived with at least one pixel displaying white visible constantly. Inner box dirty on bottom raw spot from scraping. Controllers wait til a more significant charge loss before allowed to charge.

Bought the VR2 while on sale it was worth saving $100.00 plus VR world is different Im enjoying so far

Great Buy!! So glad I made this purchase. My granddaughter absolutely loves this, and it has proved to be an enjoyment for the entire family.

If you have an interest in VR, this is a phenomenal experience. I waited years for the high-quality home VR product that didnt require a $2000 computer, and it is finally here.

Love Psvr2 its so realistic gt7 is a must have game. Highly recommend Psvr2 especially if your new to VR.

Love it, glad i got it over the meta. We didnt know that we only had to get the extention for games we already had. Excited for more games

Its much better than the ps4 vr headset, but still makes me dizzy after a little while.

The best system to play games on. Also, the games are great.

From day one I had issues with the controllers not working in game but I figured out how to fix it 2 months later my left controller just won’t charge and anytime it’s plugged in my ps5 says to many usb devices buy at your own risk just know you can’t buy the controllers separately so you have to send your whole vr system to PlayStation for them to fix

a very good headset my son loves it and i can see why the graphics are good and the headset features are out of this world
