From day one I had issues with the controllers not working in game but I figured out how to fix it 2 months later my left controller just won’t charge and anytime it’s plugged in my ps5 says to many usb devices buy at your own risk just know you can’t buy the controllers separately so you have to send your whole vr system to PlayStation for them to fix

a very good headset my son loves it and i can see why the graphics are good and the headset features are out of this world

While I knew this was wired, that turns out to be more of a hassle than expected and does not mar the unit any more comfortable then other wireless items. My big issue is with Sony support, really quite bad. Controller got stuck going right. Called, they were sending box to return (goood so far). No box arrives. Called again, this time they email label for only one controller. Replacement dispatched same day they received, but problem not solved. Call again, new repair case, thy did not say bit O asked, will you email label? Yes 10 days no email or label. Call again, this time the escalate as they finally understood this is 2nd repair for same issue. Still waiting for level 2. Stay clear, not great product, terrible support.

Great graphics and my step son had played through the Christmas break, thanks to Best Buy having available stock when no one else had!

This vr headset is like no ither I mean its 4k your seeing everything in gaming is on a whole new level if your a true gamer invest in the future Sony PlayStation is creating

I purchased this VR2 open box but it arrived in brand new condition and works flawlessly. There is no going back after playing Grand Tourismo with this VR system

Definitely got a bargain shopping at Best Buy where I could find the lowest possible price for a Playstation VR2. I am extremely happy with my purchase and definitely have a piece of mind knowing that if I'm not completely satisfied with my product I can always take it back as they have a A+ return policy.

Love it. Feels like you are in a different world. Seriously, you have no idea what is going on around you because you are completely immersed into a new reality.

Good but wish it has better resolution. I can still see the pixels. If this is 4k, it'd be perfect.

Started out skeptical because of the price but I was honestly surprised at how much it feels like you are right in the game. 10/10 would recommend

We really like it. It's more advanced than the first one. It has not given us no problems in like glitching and things like that.

I absolutely love it! The head piece adjusts exactly to your head. I wear glasses and I can play with them on comfortably!

big improvement over original PSVR, not a whole lot of games yet. Much easier to use and set up then before. Overall great image quality and ease of use

It's an excellent product. Graphics are sick, you don't need a sensor bar as it's already built in it.

Im really surprised about the comfort and clarity of this and the ease of use. I have every oculus from the beginnig to the pro and this is my favorite hands down!
