Looked it up - its been an issue for over a year. The fact that a software defect has been around with zero update fixes for over a year shows how completely undedicated sony is to this product. Feels cheap, terrible quality/resolution and takes an hour to get the fit good enough to see anything reasonably well. Dont waste your time, pick up a meta quest, its a million times better. I hate this product for making me root for meta.

I found the experience lacking, both visually and technologically. The current price tag doesn't reflect the quality. I returned mine. not sad.
