Customers are saying

Customers praise the product's good VR experience, overall performance, and graphics, often noting its comfort and immersive qualities. They also appreciate the surprisingly simple setup, phenomenal eye tracking, and improved resolution. However, some customers find the price to be high, experience motion sickness, and describe the controllers as a little weird.

First off, the headset is great. The visual fidelity blows the Quest 2 out of the water, which was my last headset. The screen door effect isn't bad at all, the OLED panels have fantastic color, all with the graphics power of the PS5? It's a total win all the way around. If you've already got a PS5 and you want to dip your toes into VR, don't hesitate to buy this rig. The only down side, but it's not really that bad, is that the controllers are a little short on battery- but it's really better to take breaks after a little while anyway. So not a deal breaker for me but if that bothers you consider another solution like an extra battery pack that you can connect a USB cable to (yes, that works). This is 100% with it with the games currently available. I can't wait until more come out, this will change everything as far as VR viability for consoles goes.

I had the original PSVR and enjoyed it well enough. But the PSVR2 is hands down one of the best vr platforms out there. If you have any interest in vr and have a PlayStation 5 this is what you are looking for. It's super comfortable and although it is cable connected it is hardly noticeable.

This is such a cool gadget, for playing GT7 is amazing, nothing better, is not as sharp as playing it on a 4K screen but it feels like if you were inside the car racing, there's nothing like it.

Works perfect. Easy on the eyes. Easy to set up. The front camera's to set the warning barrier is superior.

The headset is extremely comfortable. The graphics are incredible. The fact that the wires have been reduced to one wire helps tremendously. I love that they added a way to see your play space while the helmet is still on using the cameras on the headset. This helps increase safety for everyone and everything around the player. All in all, a great gaming experience.

Going from a Quest 2 to the PSVR 2 is a big upgrade for me. The image quality is super clear and colors are really vibrant. I love that the blacks are really black thanks to the OLED lenses and that it supports 120hz and HDR.

This was my first VR experience and I love it! I just wish PlayStation had backwards compatibility for it, that’s my only real issue. However I just played RE: Village and No Man’s Sky on the VR2 and they both looked amazing (No Man’s Sky especially!). Totally recommend if you love electronic gadgets

Comfortable, lightweight, and high quality for the price. And now that they've released a PC adapter and you're not limited to the PlayStation ecosystem, I think this is probably the best mid-range VR headset on the market.

This is an excellent headset. It has great rez, eye tracking, the whole package. I wish there were drivers for hooking it up to windows, but I get why that will probably never happen. My only real complaint is the lack of games. You seriously couldn't be bothered to make PSVR1 games work on PSVR2? As for Best Buy's part in this, flawless so far.

Overall it's a great vr headset. The only downside is there's not a lot of games on the PS5 that are worth playing but now that the pc adapters is out you can hook it up to a PC so now you can't go wrong with it. Now there's plenty more games to play on steam, and this VR headset works perfectly with it. But the last three or four months there has been no good games coming out but now the PC adapter has open the door to tons more good games to play. The controllers work really well and just feel right in your hands. i really enjoy the adaptive triggers and the 0LED lenses really do give you a great experience for VR. Right now it's a very good time to be playing VR games and this headset is perfect to do it both on PlayStation 5 and PC with steam VR.

Great re-entry to the VR world after trying other VR products in the past. Would recommend charging the controllers before starting. Although I had to purchase a few VR games on the Playstation store it was money well spent. Headset is surprisingly light on your face than I was expecting especially compared to other headsets. Glad it lets me create a room size for whatever game I am playing. However sometimes you have to kinda rig it to let you play games when you don't have the available space required sometimes. In addition I don't experience headaches after playing for a bit like it did long ago when VR was fairly still new. Was caught me off guard when I saw the eye tracking and how accurate it was despite me wearing glasses.

It is easy to set up a lot better than the PS4 version. Very good quality. Would highly recommend. The only thing is when I went to pick up the box was really damaged but the product seemed undamaged as far as could tell.

I mostly play horror games. The ones I have played so far are really good. They had a pause in making psvr2 games and hopefully they will come out with some new games this year. The cord is a bit annoying. However I like that you can have friends watch what you are playing. The Quest does that but it never worked right for me. I would say as far as comparing them, portability goes to Quest and it does seem like there is more game variety on Quest, but I still enjoy playing the psvr2
