Good. A bit clunky and blurry at times. Could be better

Great system just wish there were more game for it

great quality and games! but, having to set up my VR environment with cables and space is not for me

It was kinda fun, I felt like I had more fun with meta quest and if cheaper so I just swapped to the new quest and for me personally enjoy the quest more

Its a nice device but it makes me very dizzy. Hard to fit comfortably with eye glasses.

I did not enjoy the strap but oled was great. Also I noticed the blurry image could be negated if you lower the brightness.

I returned it. The very center was clear but the outside areas were blurred. It was difficult to find and keep the clear center area aligned with my eyes. The headset would droop and wander during use. It may fit others better.

Not sure how these are still even available, I bought a PS5 with the sole purpose of trying out Sony's VR system, especially since they released the PCVR adaptor. Unfortunately, not a single game worked. After setting everything up exactly as the instructions suggested, games would would boot up, but I the system would register any inputs from the controllers besides pause/start. I tried all the troubleshooting the internet could offer, and did eventually find a complex workaround, but I would have to got through the process for every gaming session. No thanks, sent it back.

I think it's cool but most of my original PSVR games don't work with the VR2. I'm still determining best practices for defogging. Hopefully more games will be released.

The headset is OK but the lack of PS titles for VR is alarming .

This was my second attempt at vr2. The right eye had 25+ spots in it. For something that cost more than the ps5 itself. That’s understandable. Maybe try it again in a year or two.

It's Alright honestly was caught by surprise that you still need a wire connected to ps5. If you play long periods also might experience so dizziness

Blurry visuals, impossible to find the right fit due to a very small "sweet spot". You need to position this precisely on your head or you will get a lot of blur from the lenses. If you can find the sweet spot and keep it securely on your head - it is pretty good. I like the fact that you just plug it in and play it, unlike Oculus which has very cumbersome setup.

I bought this ítem twice and both times I had issues with the stick drift, non reaponsive right controller and constant glitching during gameplay. Although graphics and visuals are great,these issues make for a poor rating.

I have tried to is this with various games bit i cannot get it to fit comfortably with my glasses and i cannot get it to focus without my glasses. What little i could do with it caused significant motion sickness so i dont ever use it.

Not satisfied spent a lot of money got treated like crap in the store a few days later it's like they don't appreciate my business. They sell great items like this one but doesn't matter because I can get it anywhere and not be treated like crap. You go to Best Buy for customer experience. I should have not gone all the way to Manhattan which is out of my way cause I'm in The Bronx to be treated like crap. Next time I'll go down the street I don't mind paying 700 or even a 1000 for the same thing I can get at Best Buy for 500 what I do care about is customer experience. You guys set yourself up for failure with these reviews knowing that you treated me like crap why would you send me a review you know I'm going to review it and give you terrible ratings. When it comes down to it. Like I said before you can get these items anywhere at the Chinese little mom and pop shop or the little Indian down the corner. Money's not an option Being treated like crap or not being treated like crap is an option.

Fyi this review is about bestbuy and not the product. Their whole shipping process is very inconvenient. They keep taking orders of this item but cannot commit to a store pick up date, then if you decide to ship your item to your home you encounter even more delay and you get locked on that shipping and cannot change even though the item has not shipped. I’m very furious now that i have to wait longer to receive my item, with no reeason why the delay.
