Customers are saying

Customers commend the PlayStation VR2 for its immersive gaming experience, easy setup, impressive graphics, and comfortable design. They particularly appreciate the eye tracking feature and consider it a significant upgrade from the previous version. However, some customers express concerns about the limited game selection, high price point, potential for motion sickness, and issues with the controllers.

Amazing VR headset, I use it on my computer, the OLED screens are amazing, and for the price it’s probably one of the better headsets

No where near as good a Quest2 and $300 overpriced

So this is a bit worse than a quest 2. Quest 2 is $400, Wireless, Built in OS, Battery, and MUCH MUCH better tracking. I'm not sure what we are paying for with this headset. If it was $200 It would be an ok price. but to lack SO much vs an older less expensive headset and do most of it worse. The fit is different, and does feel nicer resting on my forehead vs my face. However the cheap rubber cushions pull on my hair and do not breath at all. Build wise it also feels like a dollar store toy. As do the controllers. Which for some reason cannot be used as normal controllers in normal games. As well there is this odd "Screen door" like film over the lens. Not a screen door effect, but this constant pattern across the lens you can see at all times. This product is $300 too expensive and simply not good enough on any level to make any sense. At any price above $250. It's only redeeming feature is I can play the 2D games on it thanks to it using DP passthrough instead of internal processing. I want to bring up tracking again. This is really really bad. The picture will randomly start shifting at an angle as well moving left or right. In perfect conditions this headset performs worse than other headsets in very bad conditions. Last the PS5 simply does not have the power to do the graphics very well at all. Most games feel like I am stepping back into the PS3 era. And what is worse is how poor many of the current PS5 VR games are. I am not sure what is more astonishing. How bad this product is or how expensive it is for such a poor product. This is an underbaked product not ready for launch.

This is the COOLEST thing ever. Originally got one as a gift, from Amazon. It didnt work. Returned it and bought one here. Works 100%. Opted for the geek squad protection. Paid 80.00 for a FULL 2 year warranty. Even covers drops and power surge damage. Worth every single penny.....headset as well. Lotssssss of fun.

Extremely comfortable and very immersive thanks to the little flaps that block anything from the outside. Also has a pass through button so you can see your wife when she walks by without lifting the headset and staring through the small gap and giving yourself an eye migraine. Controllers are also super light and have at least a 3 or 4 hour long battery.

I got PSVR2 mainly to start playing GT7 in VR. Coming from PSVR1’s GT Sport, the experience is night and day different. Expectational details with amazing head rumble feature, totally feels like you are in a super car or the car you ever wanted to see and drive. It is undoubtedly the best VR racing experience in any platform right now. A must try. Can’t wait to get into other games. $550 is totally with it for the next gen VR experience and it is actually similar pricing compared to PSVR1 factoring in the controller and the required camera.

I purchased this for my wife when it was deeply discounted and she’s enjoyed playing Arizona Sunshine 2 and Moss on it. It’s ridiculously easy to set up and now that t it can be connected to my pc, i consider the purchase almost essential.

This is my first experience with VR so I have nothing to compare it to. I was disappointed at first because the visuals were so blurry even after calibrating it. I put my distance glasses on and it was miles better. I didn't wan't to scratch the lenses with my glasses so I ordered prescription lens inserts. Having a blast now! So far having the most fun with the newly updated for PSVR2 No Man's Sky, Kayak, and Beat Saber. Lot's of new games coming out for this headset!

I was skeptical abiut getting the psvr2 because the psvr was just an ok add-on to me. They have really put in work to make sure this far surpassed the psvr. I would recommend this for all vr lovers. The only thing that could have made this better is if were completely wireless like the oculus quest. Other tha ln that it blows the oculus out of the water.

This thing is awesome!!…. Was skeptical at first but once I was done with the set up and started playing resident evil village it blew me away! I spent about 10 mins just tripping out on the whole view it gives you, where ever you look it’s all around you…. It’s crazy actually being in the middle on the game, the way it puts you dead center in the action and the views and just overall detail is awesome! Was definitely happy with this purchase and can’t wait for more VR games for the PlayStation to come out….

Awesome!!! Simply awesome. Nothing more nothing less. But awesome comes at a price. For some it may be worth it for other not. Depends on how into VR you are? But this to me is as good as it gets for a somewhat reasonable price. I have a PSVR, PSVR2, oculus quest 2, and meta quest 3. This is my go to. Yes it is wired but if you have a PS5 the experience is unrivaled to me. From the visuals to the controller haptic the experience is there.
