Doesn't matter when you essentially can't use them for phone calls. App on Android disappears so you have to search it in the app store to open it. Can't modify tap functions so if you try to adjust an earbud in a call you end up hanging up on the call. App is absolute trash and Sony should be ashamed.

We're sorry to hear that you have an issue with the Headphone Connect app of your Sony unit. Please make sure the firmware of the app and earbuds are up to date. You can also uninstall/reinstall the app on your smartphone. Please try rebooting your smartphone. If possible, try the Headphone Connect app with another smartphone.

The WF-1000XM5 earbud headphones may fall out or feel uncomfortable during use if they are not worn properly or the earbud tips doesn't match the size of your ear canals. Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. We have a recommended way of wearing these earbud headphones to reduce discomfort.
