By far the best sounding ear buds ive ever had. Rich and full sound, spectacular noise canceling, great fit. Mic seems to be very good, but i cant really say, cuz I'm not on the other side of the phone.

I use them for work and only have to charge them every 3rd day, battery last long!

Small, Mighty, but not the best

You can tweak with the levels, but feel the older bigger ones had better sound. These are super comfortable!

Great Sounding Earbuds

Lighter fit better and i think sound better. My only gripe is the plastic they on the used on the earbuds is a bit slippery i wish they would have stayed more with the matt finish on the 4s. Otherwise a grear earbud

I only have one gripe with them

I have to open and close the case again for it properly disconnect.

While we are thrilled to know about your satisfaction with the amazing sound quality of your WF-1000XM5, we are really sorry you're experiencing Bluetooth connection issues while your headphones are placed in the charging case. This is certainly not the news we'd like to hear from you. To avoid this problem, please ensure that your headphones are placed correctly into the charging case so they turn off automatically. Place the left headset unit (the one with the tactile dot) back into the left hole of the charging case, and place the right headset unit back into the right hole of the charging case. Each headset unit will be positioned correctly in the charging case due to the built-in magnet. You may also try cleaning the contact points on the charging case and earbud headphones to further troubleshoot the issue. For more details, please refer to the following links:

I have owned multiple high end brands of ear buds and was never pleased with the fit or the sound quality. The sound quality is hands down amazing, especially the noise canceling feature.

I had the airpods pro (2nd gen) and these are certainly better, even for iPhone owners. Incredible noise cancelling, better sound than airpods, better battery life, and better build. Great Wireless Earbuds!

Overall, I really like the XM5 earbuds but my biggest gripe is that they're glossy so sometimes they fall out of my hands when handling them. These earbuds are really good and I recommend it!

Okay, but not great.

The noise canceling is only fair. I can hear a lot of surrounding sounds. Even when active is on, the sound is mostly muffled. These won't stay in my ears when I use them for any extended period of time, or when I am walking. Running is out of the question. This is a little annoying because when I re-seat them, it cycles through the modes. Pros: These are good for calling in noisy environments and road noise doesn't seep into my calls. The battery life is very good. Sound quality is good. Cons: Active noise cancellation is okay at best. Not stable enough in the ear to remain in place when active.

Great and Stylish Earbuds

For example, when someone is speaking to you it is not as clear as when you are not using the earbuds. And when speaking into the earbuds to negate typing text, it sometimes does reflect the expected words well. But an overall great experience and in my opinion, very stylish compared to Apple Earbuds and all other available offerings.

Amazing sound and quality

Worth every penny

They're smaller and lighter so they fit in my ear better than the XM4s did and they sound even better than the XM4s did.

They are comfortable in the ear canal. When you are on the phone whomever you are talking with hears you clear as if you are in front of them. You also hear them clear as day.
