We're glad to hear you're enjoying the sound quality of your WF-1000XM5 earbuds, but we're really sorry to hear you're having connection issues and that they aren't working as seamlessly as they should with Siri and your notifications. That's definitely not the experience we want for our customers. We also appreciate you letting us know about the issue with them falling out of the case.

For the connection issues and notification problems, we have a few recommendations that might help:
1. Try turning Bluetooth off on your phone and then back on. You can also try "forgetting" the WF-1000XM5 in your phone's Bluetooth settings, then re-pairing them.
2. Make sure your earbuds have the latest software. You can do this through the Sony | Sound Connect app.
