But i wouldnt use it for my personal use since I use an electric skateboard to move around and the wind reduction is not available (yet, i hope).

When the Noise Canceling function is set to ON, or the Ambient Sound Control is set to ON, the wind noise may be louder depending on the usage conditions. If this is the case, check the following:
In the Sony | Headphones Connect app, tap Sound → Ambient Sound Control, and then select Automatic Wind Noise Reduction. If you are bothered by wind noise even though the Automatic Wind Noise Reduction is enabled, set the Noise Canceling function and the Ambient Sound Mode to OFF.
Notes:
When the headphones detect wind over a certain amount of air volume the Automatic Wind Noise Reduction feature turns off some of the microphones used for noise canceling. You will notice that the Noise Canceling function becomes weaker in a windy environment with this setting. This is not a malfunction.
The Automatic Wind Noise Reduction feature will not start working with only a slight amount of wind.

Excellent replacement for the prev gen over ear

Used the mx4 over ear for the longest time, but with these, I couldn't tell the difference. Excellent noise canceling, great sound quality but super comfy since it let's me stay way cooler that the over ear.

Worth the price!

Even with having an iphone, I still made the choice to get these, and i dont regret it! Use them almost everyday, long battery even with daily use, quality feel to them. So far as sound quality, i'm not a professional, but i'd side with these against the airpods, just because I like them so much!

Connectivity Issues

But there is a quirk in that, when taking them out of the case, I very often need to put them back in and pull them back out again just so they will connect. This has happened on two pairs, and I have given up trying to replace them as a solution.

They Do Everything They Say They Can And Some!

The app runs smoothly and the earbuds deliver everything Sony said they would. Noise canceling is top tier and the touch navigation is easy to use. Have recommended to multiple people. Great wireless ear buds

Fits well in my ear without needing comply tips, and has great sound and mic quality while taking calls on the go. The noise cancellation still isnt as good as Bose (IMO) but it gets the job done, especially is on busy and windy streets.

Like the wf-1000xm4 but…

I went through two pair of those though because I would over charge the battery and in turn the charge diminished. Optimistic, I decide to try these pair because they were newer. They’re a lot lighter than the xm4 and the sound quality seems just as good but not better. The ANC also seems not a strong as the previous generation. I try not to over charge these as well, but in prime condition, the previous generation seem to last longer. Over theyre a pretty decent pair of earbuds. I might have an attachment to the previous generation because they were so good and I might enjoy these better if I don’t try to compare it to the previous ones.

Great ANC headphones.

The ANC and sound quality is absolutely phenomenal. That said they are very poor workout headphones due to the lack of stabilizer fins so they lose 1 star for that.

Laundry Resistant (Not recommended way to clean)

I will keep it simple. Couldn't find my earbuds. Looking everywhere. (Maybe need a last location on find my iPhone, just saying). Can't find them, :/ Next day doing laundry, went to the dryer and see my earbud sitting on the edge. Heartbroken, I went to charge them in the case. Lights are working, a glimmer of hope. Moment of truth, they work. Only thing that stopped working was my right earbud touch sensor doesn't respond anymore.

It's impressive that your earbuds survived a trip through the dryer, although we recommend avoiding such situations to prevent potential damage. The touch sensor issue on your right earbud might be a result of the exposure to water and heat. For future reference, if your earbuds get wet, use a soft dry cloth to wipe off any water, remove the earbud tips, and shake the earbuds gently to remove any water from the sound conduits and microphone parts.
