Thanks for sharing your review and experience with the WF-1000XM5. Your feedback about the Adaptive Sound Mode is greatly appreciated. This function automatically adjusts the noise canceling function depending on your behavior. You do have the option to turn this function on or off by using the Sony Headphones Connect app. For more information, please refer to this link:

Great for work and using it in the car when needed. Even managed to suppress the sound of my dogs barking during Zoom calls. Highly recommend.

We're sorry to hear that the earbuds turns on randomly while inside your pockets. This is usually not the case for our WF1000XM5 nor the experience we want you to have. To better isolate this issue, can you tell us if the earbuds turns on even when the charging case is closed? In the meantime, please make sure that the left and right earbuds are properly set into the charging case, and close the charging case lid.
