Has different earpiece sizes for different size ears. It’s not the cheapest earphones out there or earbuds. I should say but it’s definitely worth every dollar sound quality like I said it’s superb. You can hear Hi-Rez audio if you listen to Hi-Rez quality music. These are gonna be the earbuds for you to hear the sounds that you never knew were there.

The mic quality on phone calls is lack luster but the noise canceling is much to blame for that. Noise cancelling while listening to music on the other hand is very good and blocks out most noises. The passive noise isolation is great with the foam ear tips as apposed to the silicone ones on the airpods, which gives you better seals

With the touch button, if you're wearing a hood, especially when it's wet out, the button gets triggered over and over. I had to turn off what the button does because of this but other than that one thing, they are absolutely worth it.

Great Earbuds but not so Durable on Hard floor

You can't really sleep with them on your side. Main problem would be how delicate the earbuds can be. Any slight drop on hard floor may break them. I mean the slightest.

They have a feature where you play a song and select different circles of what sounds the best for it to then create an EQ for you. My only gripe is specific to the white pair is that the foam tips will very quickly stain from ear wax.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.These noise cancel well, however, if you use them for the gym, be wary, If anything touches the outside of the right or the left earbud, it either pauses the song or it toggles the noise, cancellation, either way it interrupts the song and your workout. I accidentally waited too long to return these so I have another pair of $300 earbuds that don@5 compare to my air pro’ 2’s, nice try Sony. But this is for a housewife, not anybody else Also, sometimes just one of the earbuds connect to Bluetooth, and I have to bring the whole case in now because if only one connects, I have to put them back in the case and take them out again for them to work.. Worthless.

We have noted your input about the touch sensor sensitivity and will be sure to forward this feedback to the appropriate department. You can change the function assigned or you can also choose not to assign any functions to the touch sensors on the left and right headset units using the “Sony | Headphones Connect” app while you're in a gym to prevent the earbuds from pausing a song when you accidentally touch the sensors.

The difference between the WF1000XM4's and the XM5's is like nigt and day. The sound quality is nothing short of amazing. My only complaint is that pulling out the earbuds from the charging cradle is tricky because my hands slip on the earbuds because the finish is smooth instead of a matted finish.

The foam tips have a bad tendency to rips with repeated use. These are ideal if you leave your buds in for a long time. the sound cancellation is great. But they are pretty bad if you pop them in and out for calls a lot.
