    Sony Earbuds dont waste your time

    Not even close to the Beats earbuds or the AirPod Pro while using on any iPhone from 10-15 or smart tvs. I def DO NOT recommend these ear buds and it is why i returned them and got the AirPod Pro.

    It is what it is i would say, this would be weird but being deaf from one ear i can hear with this headphones

    Beautiful pink color.

    The color is beautiful and the music sounds great, but the size and weight are excessive for the ear; they fall off constantly and are very sensitive to certain movements. It tends to be annoying when the music stops constantly.

    Too small, Too slick

    Not a fan, i passed them off to my daughter who encountered the same problems. Theyre hard to get a hold of and slip out of your fingers all the time. They also tend to fall out of you ears at the wrong moment. Imagine searching the floor of an airliner….lucky it wasnt crushed. The sound quality didnt match my previous Bose and my ears never felt quite sealed in terms of noise cancellation. Overall, i had expected better. Lastly, they become dislodged from their charging posts inside thwir case. Its common to find one with a depleted battery even though theyre seated in their case when you close it.

    Good sound but the fit is awful

    These had great sound. Unfortunately they did not fit in my ears and caused great irritation in my right ear. I tried every single little ear tip size and there was no difference in the way they fit.

    Garbage. Complete and total GARBAGE.

    If you want a headphone with a high price tag that will absolutely ruin your workouts by cutting out, shutting off, feeding static and needing constant tweaking, then this is the headphone for you. These are COMPLETE GARBAGE. The connection is unstable at best and constantly sounds like the right headphone is cutting out. And none of the “fixes” you will find in the troubleshooting will work. Oh and every time you touch them it triggers some sort of action; pause, noise cancelling changes to ambient…which would be ok if they didn’t constantly fall out. So you are always stuck adjusting them and they screwing around with them bc of some action the “tap” triggered. But if you want to tap them to pause them? Yeah, doesn’t really work. Maddening. I’ve owned these for about 2 months. I replaced an old set of Bose with them. Today I’m going to Beat Buy to try and exchange them. If they refuse it’s 300 wasted. Sony used to be a gold standard. If these are indicative of where they are now it’s sad. Do NOT buy these. Unless you want a headphone to be like a bad relationship that you constantly fight in. Then these are perfect.

    Horrible bluetooth conncection

    I used the XF1000XM5 buds for a year, but lately the connection with my Samsung watch and phone is horrible. There is a lot of interference; I practically cannot use the buds on the street and in my gym. I asked Sony to replace the old buds, and got new one. But, I still have a lot of interference even with the new one. I also still have XF1000XM4 and they do not have any connection issues. Very disappointed with XF1000XM5.

      Hi DenisG, We are truly sorry to hear about your disappointment on the Sony XM5 Wireless earbuds, This is definitely not the experience we wanted you to have.

      First, for optimum performance, make sure that the software version of the headphones is up-to-date (via the Sony Sound Connect app). Here's the link for the firmware update.

      Second, please try these steps to resolve the connection issue:
      -Check that the headset is turned on.
      -Check that the Bluetooth device is turned on and the Bluetooth function is on.
      -If the headset automatically connects to the last connected Bluetooth device, you may fail to connect the headset to other devices via a Bluetooth connection. If this is the case, operate the last connected Bluetooth device and disconnect the Bluetooth connection.
      -Check if the Bluetooth device is in sleep mode. If the device is in sleep mode, cancel the sleep mode.
      -Check if the Bluetooth connection has been terminated. If terminated, make the Bluetooth connection again.
      -If the pairing information for the headset has been deleted on the Bluetooth device, pair the headset with the device again.
      -Charge the charging case.
      -Set the headset units into the charging case, and close the charging case lid.
      (You may be able to resolve some issues by setting the headset units into the charging case.)
      -Reset the headset.
      -Initialize the headset, and pair the headset and the device again.
