Also in regards to the sound, remember you can download the Sound Connect App and customize it to your preference, you can select the "Priority on sound quality" mode and use the "equalizer" to get more bass. The foam tips didnt work for me. Took a long time of adjusting and trying different ear tips, but in the end none of that worked. The right bud sounded like there was a ‘whoosh’ type sound coming from it. Almost like air was blowing over it, but I was in a quiet environment. So probably because of all that, the sound quality was definitely acceptable, but nothing special. Actually thought the airpod pro 2nd generation sounded better

If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not worn properly in your ears, tap operations or Speak-to-Chat speech detection may not work correctly, or you may not obtain the correct sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performance. If any of this is the case, try the following.
-Change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different.
-The “Sony | Headphones Connect” app will help you to determine which earbud tips suit you best to achieve the optimal noise canceling effect, sound quality, etc.
-Check that you are wearing the headset properly in your ears. Wear the headset so that the earbud tip is comfortably situated as deep in the ear canal as possible.

Not worth the money

Despite being pricier than the Apple alternative, it lacks volume adjustment from the earplugs. It should suffice for listening to music or watching movies, but I wouldn't recommend it for phone calls or Zoom meetings.

Probably the best in ear earbuds ive ever bought

The worst featrue however, the foam tips. I realize they’re required for a proper seal within the ear canal, but they’re near impossible to get in. I’ve tried all sizes, and I cannot get a single one to seal correctly, thereby rendering the noise cancellation practically usesless. Basically wasted just shy of $300 on these, I’m DEFINITELY exchanging them. Bottom line, I personally do not recommend these at all.

• Make sure that headphones are worn properly.
• Make sure that the earbuds are firmly and completely attached. If you are using the supplied earbuds (EP-NI1010), lightly turn over the earbud tips to make sure that the sound output hole is completely covered by the earbud tip.
• Use the earbud tips that best fit with your ears. Measure the air-tightness of the earbud tips and find the optimal size of earbud tips using the Sony | Headphones Connect app.
