Its not as good as apple in terms of connecting quickly to its paired device, but the quality and noise cancelation leaves airpods behind.

And sometimes it doesn't want to connect to my phone. It's can be frustrating, but with some trouble shooting I usually get them to work but it takes a few minutes.

1- Make sure earbuds are up to date. You can check this within the Sound Connect App
2- Always keep the case charged
3- Set the connection to be on "Priority on stable connection" on the Sound Connect App

Great quality and sound

Been using the 1000s since third gen and these don’t disappoint Noise cancellation feels a lot more isolated and the music is crisp and clear. I use them for the gym and everyday activities. They have not fallen out once.

Software you download is intuitive and really adds to the overall experience. Only slight knock is controlling volume when you on LD y have 1 earbud in. Since left is volume down and right is up, when you only ise 1 you can only go in that direction.

Sound quality and noise cancelling are amazing. I did use often for working out and they lost the ability to recharge. I won't be using this pair for workouts.

Good but not perfect!

I had to purchase replacement tips that, while still not perfect, we’re much improved. Great audio but the Bose QuietComfort earbuds are vastly superior when it comes to eliminating outside noise.

My sonys sound amazing during phone calls ,but for music it lacks quality. My bose quiet comfort sound awesome for music, but for phone calls they are the worst buds ive ever used. The issue i have with my sonys is that the left bud dies 1.5 hours before the right one does

The more I looked into it online the more problems I saw people having with the battery as well.
