This behavior is most often caused by the Adaptive Sound Control feature, which automatically changes the Noise Cancelling settings based on your activity (like walking or staying put); we recommend turning this feature off within the Sony | Headphones Connect App for a consistent experience. Additionally, check the app's settings to ensure the Speak-to-Chat function is disabled, as this temporarily pauses Noise Cancelling when you start talking.

Call quality in noisy places suck. Those foam tips are anoying to use. For 300 wy jot include silicone aswell?.

If the size of the earbud tips does not match the size of your ear canals or the headset is not properly worn on your ears, tap operations or the speech detection of Speak-to-Chat may not be successful, or you may not obtain proper sound qualities, noise canceling effects, or call performances.

Great, hopefully they will improve the ANC.

I'm a little disturbed by the reviews I've seen that prolonged use can cause a bit of headaches. In the meantime, I didn't experience anything out of the ordinary. I like this set.

Decent but Underwhelming

I was underwhelmed by their sound quality compared to what I was used to, as well as the quality of ANC and hearing through mode. They were as good as my experience with Jabra, but not as good as Pixel Buds Pro and AirPods. And I don't like the foam tips, they never conform to my ear for a complete seal. So I put in some of my own that fit the connecting part of the buds to get a more comfortable and complete seal. But even after that, I was surprised these didn't have better full range and sound quality at the lowest and highest of bass and treble. Maybe if I tried them again, which I won't do, and give them a longer test run, I might appreciate them more. But this was my impression compared to what I've used before.
