One time my friend tried them on and starting nodding her head to the music, and they flew off and chipped

I can honestly say that i am extremely happy with these. The noise cancellation is amazing. The sound quality is clear and not over bass heavy. Has a great case and comes with all needed accessories.

Good headphones for the price

Unfortunately, lost my headphones and started looking for alternative. I auditioned the M5 from my casual ears, music and movie audio is comparable to the Max. The noise cancelling though is I found a bit weaker than the Max. I do love the option to cover the right cup and you'll instantly hear your surroundings ambient sound. Overall, with being cheaper than the AirPods max, this is a great headphones

I bought them for my fiance as a birthday gift and now wish I’d bought them tor myself! Excellent sound and noise cancellation! They also feel really good and are really stylish; even the carrying case is cool. These are our 1st pair of Sony headphones and so far so great! I hope they stand the test of time.
