The only downside I have had is the oils from my hands easily showing up on the black headphones. They sound great. My head gets a little hot sometimes but it isn't to the point where I want to take my headphones off. It does suck that it isn't as integrated as APMs, APPs, and APs but the ability to tweak the EQ is what convinced me to purchase. Also mic quality is quite nice.

Nothing amazing, the features are more gimmicky than useful. For the app to work properly for active noise cancelling it has to track you which is fine but uses data. None of the Spatial Audio works if you don’t spend the money on the specific apps that support it which cost money. Overall if you’re in the Apple eco-system, get the Air Pod Maxs. They sound better and the noise cancelling is way better. If you want the Sonys get the MX4’s the bass is better.
