Not for small heads

It slides off when I bow my head down. And when wearing it for a long time, it kinda hurts the top of my head where it touches the headband, even though it's padded. Other than those, I don't have any complain.

The WH-1000XM5 are beautifully finished in newly developed soft fit leather. This material fits snugly around the head with less pressure on the ears while keeping out external sounds. I was doing dishes and running the vacuum cleaner at the same time and the M5 blocked all the noise. I use these headphones while I am working or meditating. Peace and perfection are the only two words I can use to describe this product. My M4 lasted 4 years before the plastic broke. Over time my M4's developed small stress fractures that eventually gave away. I was naturally upset at first, but it allowed me to purchase and experience the new M5's. A blessing in disguise

Simple Review, One Big Warning Before Purchase

Some issues I had in beginning were simply resolved once I updated them, and haven't had a connection issues since. But because this a quick review one known issues with these headphones is the there swivel point failing over time if not taking care of. So if purchasing make sure to use the provided case. Because of this known issue its not getting a 5 but a solid 4. Would i recommend? Yes but keeping in mind that handle with care for a long lasting life.

Great sound and easy to use

The fit over my ears is comfortable and I've worn them for hours at a time. Noise cancellation is perfect and the bluetooth connection hasn't dropped once. I dinged the battery life rating one star since the Sennheiser Momentum 4 manages an absurd 60 hours, but the 30 hours Sony offers has not been an issue. My music sounds great on the XM5s and it works well when plugged into a PS5 controller too!

I have been contemplating buying these for a while and was waiting for a sale to purchase it. I got tired of using my airpods and they would pop out of my ears quite often. Best over-the-ear headphones to exist

Only complaint is that it isnt completely sweat proof. However, i hit the gym 3-5x a week with low-medium sweat, and i havent had any issues. Every now and then, i pat dry the ear muffs in the bathroom but thats worth the little effort needed to sustain these bad boys. Mic quality is phenomenal. Battery life is great. Features including ANC are unique and very useful for day-to-day users. 10/10 purchase.

Crying children on planes melt away and allow me to chill with my tunes. The sound quality is great and the battery goes forever. Software links easily to iPhones and you can connect to Bluetooth on airplanes too or use the cord that comes with it.

It can cancel people talking right behind you. The quality of sound is amazing and also includes the cable to connect them when you don't have battery. Normally I used them 2 days without charge them. it is important ajust them well in your head and ears to help the noise cancelling
