Need to install the app to turn it off for every device you connect Poorly made hinge. Sony has some problem with all their previous headphones where the hinges brake. And they dont want to do anything about it. $400 heaphone poor made hinges not covered in warranty. Not worthy to buy. Luckily I bought it from bestbuy with GeekSquad warranty. So happy that I bought it from bestbuy

I love the ability to turn the noise cancelling feature on and off, so I feel comfortable wearing them while walking outside and will still hear when someone is behind me. I wish there could be a light indicatior to let me know. I have put them away charged but when I want to use them they are not charged.

I enjoyed wearing them during intercontinental fligts and they proved to be very helpful. My only concern is after using them for 2 hours at 34-36F they lost connectivity with my phone couple of times and they shut down without reason. After powering them again, I checked their battery status and it was saying they are full. That is the only thing I found a bit strange, but it may make sense after 2 hours operating at low temps.

It is also durable. My only minor complain is the touch sensitive right side, sometimes it's not that 100% consistent. I still recommend it since the price is dropping quicking. It is the best value headphone.

Great until i left them over seas....

These WH1000XM5's are simply a phenom! They perform as promised and allow me to get rid of the sound from the a/c unit in my rental home. Forget about the music, just LISTEN and you will fall in love this Sony headset.
