An early Christmas present for my nephew and absolutely loves it; excellent battery life and the size makes it easy to operate with one hand.Exceptional picture quality, and screen is fantastically clear and bright. Processor is fast and responsive to input.

Sony has packed a lot in this compact device. For 32gbs of storage and 3gbs ram and an SD slot, you hold power easily in the palm of your hand. The sacrifice is in the camera. Although some say less clarity on screen, Sony's screen quality looks sharp and clear to me. With Android 7 nougat, this phone is a pleasure to work with. If you need a very reliable device in a smaller size, I honestly think this is the best compact on the android market.

When my former phone died I was looking for something different, quality, and small with a great camera. This phone fit the bill, an hasn't disappointed me yet. I will admit that I am not the most tech savvy person, so I don't use nearly all of the bells and whistles it is capable of. But even more so, it easily does what I need it to and is easy to figure out when I need to do something new.

I love small phones. I rock the Iphone SE and i wanted a Android alternative and this Sony phone fills that alternative just fine. A GREAT PHONE!!!!

If you do not want to spend more than $500 for a cell phone. You should take a look on this phone.

Phone was a bit expensive but still ok to go with it. But aster 6 month the heat problem came out. The phone is getting heated very quickly even if i browse for 5 minutes, even after taking 2 min video call.

It's a good phone. Great performance, great battery life, nice design. Very good phone, with a couple of drawbacks. Camera is super and the phone is was too expensive for what could have been bought instead.

Phone has been great so far!! Very impressed with both the hardware and software. So glad that Sony is smart enough to still make powerful small phones unlike most of the other dumb phone makers. I will probably only buy Sony phones from now on.

Like the compact size and the android operating system have been using sony and sony erricson phones for many years now and have had no problems.

I feel like Sony Xperia X compact is the only good option for any available small size Android phones on the market.

As expected. Wish there was a resolution between 23 and 8, or optical image stabilizer. Once you get used it is fantastic.

No doubts that is the best compact cell phone in the market so far.

The phone is definitely not flagship material. If you're on a budget, or must have a smaller sized phone, this will do. Screen is kind of washed out, viewing angles aren't great, camera is subpar, sound is passable. I wouldn't buy it if it's more than 300.
