this is a great lightweight computer. I'm in sales and I take this computer with me into each of my dealerships. It has a super-fast startup time and the fact that it flips open and can be used like a huge tablet is incredible. I I'm really enjoying this computer so far.

This machine is as fast as it is good looking. The keyboard feels great and the touch screen is very responsive. I’m taking coding classes in college and regularly use 2 screens and have tons of apps open including development environments. This machine can take it all and more.

I'm a photographer/videographer and needed another laptop for quick trips to show clients work on the spot. At this price point, the Spectre really packs all the specs I was looking for. i7, 8th gen, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, and 4k?! Great value and great product.

I bought this for my wife. We were looking at the Lenovo Yoga's at first, but then she saw this one and fell in love. She has been very happy with it as she has just started a PhD program and needed a good lightweight computer for school. Well don HP!

It's fast pen is great live it memory is very good

I purchased this to work on the plane and when at remote sites. I has worked great for that. The battery life is good, the pen works well so I have not complaints. It even came with a basic sleeve which I was not expecting but that was a nice addition.

Lighter, super fast, very light. My daughter loves it. It took some convincing for her to "settle" for a Windows machine. Now she loves it. She is proud to show it off to her friends. This computer is definitely Macbook Air with more features.

Beautifully designed with a high quality build. Touchscreen and stylus is alright especially when you compare it to the iPad pro or the Surface. No issues with fan or overheating. Battery life is good.

Breaking this laptop in on a two week trip to Hawaii. No complaints. Long battery, handles Lightroom and photoshop just fine. I don’t recommend rendering video but It is working fine for my needs. Only complaint might be the high glare on the screen.

This laptop has it all. Speed, style, & storage. I use it for photoshop and indesign, as well to run my business. It has never frozen once even with 15 different templates open, chrome, email. Pictures open, etc. Overall 9 stars. Strongly recommend.

This is a very nicely presented unit - it’s slightly smaller than it’s predecessor, and has a slightly different keyboard layout. The quality of manufacture is good, with no problems encountered with the keyboard so far. I would, however, call the colour Dark Brown instead of Dark Ash….. The performance of the unit is very good, though it does tend to get quite hot during normal operations, and it’s too hot to rest comfortably on your lap. It also gets very hot during charging. The only real negative is the battery life - I would be lucky to get 5 hours out of the battery, and that’s with normal activities such and writing docs, email checks, and some web surfing. For any intensive use it would be less. All in all a nice unit, but if you don’t need the i7 and the 16GB RAM, then something less power hungry would be a better idea.

Powerful little friend this computer has become in just a short while. I enjoy the light weight, the leather cover, which protects it quite well and gives it additionally to the very nice packaging that it came in a great overall feel.

So far so good I've owned about 4 different laptops and this is the first 4k laptop I've had. It is absolutely beautiful, I love the light up keyboard, touch screen and the picture is so clear and crisp. Definitely recommend!

I have had 3 Surface Pros which all crashed in the past 2 1/2 years. When the 3rd one died, I decided to switch to HP based upon positive reviews. I have had it for about a month and only have positive reports. I am now at my first conference with my HP. It fits in the same sleeve as my Surface and is a bit easier to type on with the more solid keyboard. Plus, I used the included pen in One Note to take all my notes and recorded part of a session, as well. The functionality surpasses the Surface. For example, when I play music through blue tooth speakers, the HP stays on until I choose to turn it off. Its very fast, has a beautiful screen ( I got the ultra HD which required me to switch to a lower resolution for my usual documents) and generally works flawlessly. I definitely recommend it.

This computer is amazing. Super light, fast, amazing graphics. It really is exactly what I was looking for. I use it mainly for web browsing and some excel work, but I’ve watched movies on it or played music from it too.

This was the first laptop I purchased in over 5 years, first two days it ran very hot, was debating taking back to the store as it was to the point where it was uncomfortable to have it on my lap, loooked up online and some users said to let it run a couple days as it may be running updates in the background the first few days, glad I listened! It's been a few weeks now and runs a lot cooler, everything else is great on this device...it's a winner!

very light, sleek design and runs with out problem my only concern is it get very very hot and the fan does not do much for it

I was a Surface Pro user and needed a laptop with 16 G ram. The Pro was way too expensive so I researched the HP. It is larger in size but very light weight and I am happy with the extra ram as I use photoshop and lightroom.

It's a great laptop and fast. I'm not really a tablet guy, so i only used tablet feature 2x. For daily use like search websites, email, stream online, and photoshop with no problem.
