Computer is simply awesome. Very fast, extremely good looking and can handle a lot of stuff. Screen is sharp and colours look good. Battery is descent since screen has a 4K resolution and draws a lot of battery. I am using it as desktop and connecting it to a eGPU. Works like a charm.

Fast boot up, did not run hot, even under heavy use.. (did get warm-ish on the bottom). fan turns on occasionally and is quiet, but noticeable. I am able to use Dell docking station provided by my employer to both charge and operate two external HD+ monitors. 4K screen is very nice, but a little overkill for the screen size and can be hard to use when sun angle cannot be blocked (like in the passenger seat on a sunny day) due to glare.. My kids both have MacBook Pros and where brutal stone crushers when they heard I was giving my Mac to mom and getting a PC for personal use; now eack want their own Spectre360 after playing with mine.. Sexy little toy with impressive performance considering its size..

Great Product, Super Fast Response, Ultra clear 4K Screen, Sturdy Keyboard and Ultra Light that altogether gives a very rich experience. I am really satisfied with the super fast response after installing Multiple Apps ( Although they were light Weight). Plan to Install some heavy Software soon and check the performance. Overall had Good Experince Till Now

There was no issue setting up the laptop. I enjoy the quality and build of the laptop.

I have owned several brands of notebooks over the years. Size has always been key. I do like to use the tablet mode sometimes and the stylus. I also do a lot of writing sitting with my wife on the sofa. I need a real laptop; the pull-aparts don't sit on my lap well. High Points: The keyboard is very satisfying in its tactile feedback and layout. The screen is sharp with good text. Windows 10 scaling has come a long way so the 4K doesn't mean tiny icons etc. I found very little bloatware on the machine and the HP support agent tool is very useful while staying out of the way. Windows Hello works well for both camera and fingerprint. Using Surface devices at work, I am now very addicted to this easy way if securing my machine and still not having too many passwords. Sound is good for a machine this size. It looks great, one of the best looking machines out there. Dual Thunderbolt3 is nice. I use this with a portable TB3 Graphics box for Windows Mixed reality. Overall the ports provided are great. I wouldn't have minded an HDMI but the USB to HDMI adapters are easy and low cost. CONS: Keyboard backlight is on or off and affects battery too much. I wish there as a dimmer setting, not just the single brightness. It can get warm, especially when plugged in and the OS is doing all its background stuff. When you first get it, the fan will run and in a quiet location can be heard. This is because the OS and machine are doing updates and indexing files etc for the first few hours. After that is mostly quite for web surfing, video, and writing. I have even with the 4K display gotten 10 hours of use out of a charge. Changes would have made if I were HP: It should ship with the Tilt Pen. Which is very cool. As said, the KB backlight needs dim mode not just own or off. I do have to say with this machine and Windows 10 it has been super reliable. The one problem I had was that the rear rubber foot (strip) came loose. HP sent me a box with two replacements overnight, so support has been great. I bought used version of this machine for my wife, so she could stop her Envy of my Spectre. (Bad HP pun) One other tip. Don't mess with the power profile settings. It has one profile and Windows 10 lets you adjust the balance power to the battery. If you mess with profiles, you disconnect the special HP power management and I had to do a clean install to fix it. This review is after more than 6 months with the device. I have not seen a better machine for how I want my notebook to behave.
