Solid Laptop but some QA issues

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer has experienced multiple BSOD in the past years of use however GeekSquad/HP support have been very helpful in resolving all issues. As with all new laptops, make sure to test out all the ports to see if they work properly. At the time of purchase, the USB A port had some rare connection issues that I didn't pay much attention to. After about a year of use, the port only works about half the time.
